Geostroy AD gives an opportunity for young and ambitious students in Bulgaria to participate in its Internship Programme 2019. The internship takes place from July through September and all interns will receive market-competitive salaries in the course of their training. After successful completion of the programme, the best performers will be invited to join the full-time team of the company.

Students from the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy in Sofia will work together with the teams of Construction Department, Geodesy and Land Surveying Department, Marketing and Tendering in Construction Department.

During their internship, students will be able to gain valuable practical experience in a real work environment, take part in project development and preparation of tender documents, and work under the guidance of highly skilled mentors.

The interns will undergo their practical training primarily on the building site of a multifunctional complex located in the outskirts of Sofia where Geostroy is the main contractor. The young people will be able to watch closely various construction processes which are being executed in full compliance with the requirements of the world’s leading standard for sustainable buildings BREEAM – 2013. The Project Manager and the mentors will acquaint the interns with the project preparation and implementation phases, as well as the challenges the team has been facing.
