Vladimir Vutov holds a Master’s degree in Mine Surveying and Geodesy and a Master’s degree in Economics of Human Resources. In 2018, he earned an academic degree Doctor of Engineering in Underground Construction Doctoral Programme, professional field Architecture, Construction and Geodesy.

Vladimir Vutov started his professional career in 2002 as a mine surveyor in Ellatzite mine. Later, he worked there as a mining designer.

In 2004, he continued his career in Geotechmin OOD as a Project Manager.

In 2005, he assumed the position of Executive Director in GEOSTROY AD.
