Representatives of GEOSTROY took part in a working group at the Bulgarian Society of Construction Law which, by order of the Bulgarian Construction Chamber, prepared a Standard-Form Construction Contract on the basis of the contract conditions of FIDIC (Red Book) and a Standard-Form Engineering Contract according to FIDIC (Yellow Book).

Since 2017, these standard contracts have been recommended by the Bulgarian Construction Chamber to contracting entities to use them as a basis for drafting public contracts in public procurement procedures.
