Geostroy celebrated the successful completion of dual vocational training to students from Zlatitsa Vocational High School in the town of Zlatitsa. In the course of two years, three graduate students majoring in Motor Transport Equipment had the opportunity to study the profession in a real work environment under the guidance of experienced mentors from the company’s Construction Equipment and Transport Fleet Department in the village of Mirkovo. During their apprenticeship, the students demonstrated practical skills, knowledge, competencies and achieved excellent results.

Stoimen, Sisa and Nikolas were real members of the team, feeling great satisfaction in learning and making progress. Their mentors, proven professionals at Geostroy, were invariably by their side. Not only did the children acquire valuable knowledge, but they also received helpful advice for their future professional development.

After graduating from the high school, the students will continue their further education. During the send-off, they were presented with opportunities to continue their career development in the company as interns and scholarship students. Every year Geostroy announces internship and scholarship programmes for students from various universities. One of Geostroy’s partner universities is the University of Mining and Geology “St Ivan Rilski”, which is the target of many graduating young people from Srednogorie region.
