Geostroy, part of GEOTECHMIN GROUP, has been honoured with the 2024 Gold Award for achieving top construction results in the annual ranking of the Bulgarian Construction Chamber (BCC). The award was handed to M.Eng. Tsvetoslav Petkov, Executive Director of Geostroy AD, by Mr Ivan Ivanov, Minister of Regional Development and Public Works, during the BCC’s traditional annual ball celebrating St. Demetrius Day – the professional holiday of Bulgarian builders.

‘It is a great honour for me to receive this award. It is a recognition that brings us great satisfaction, but also reminds us of the responsibility that comes with every successfully completed project,’ said M.Eng. Petkov at the official award ceremony. He expressed his profound gratitude to the BCC for the prize and added ‘I would also like to thank the Geostroy team for their tireless work over the years, the investors for their trust, and our partners for standing by our side during challenging times. In our industry, the most important achievements rarely come with a lot of fanfare. They are built day after day – with precise planning, effective coordination and hard work. The award applies to the First Group of structures, which includes high-rise construction, its adjacent infrastructure, electronic communication networks and installations, in the “Top Construction Companies” category. The ranking is based on the annual financial statements published in the electronic system of the Central Professional Register of Builders. Geostroy was distinguished among more than 6,000 companies listed in the Central Professional Register of Builders.
