Geostroy AD completed the construction of Etropólia Complex in the town centre of Etropole. This multifunctional building was inaugurated at an official ceremony held on 24 May 2017 in the town of Etropole. The investor of the project is Ellatzite-Med AD. Etropólia Complex comprises a modern hotel section, two conference halls, a restaurant, a night club, an open-air panorama bar, a children’s centre, a fitness hall, and a car park.

The Metropolitan Bishop of Lovech Gavriil conducted a consecration ritual of the new complex. Among the official guests attending the event were Mr. Dimitar Dimitrov - Mayor of Etropole Municipality, Prof. Dr. Tzolo Voutov – President of Geotechmin OOD, M.Eng. Vladimir Vutov - Executive Director of Geostroy AD, Mr. Ivan Vutov - Executive Director of Geotrading AD, M.Eng. Kostadin Naydenov - General Director of Production Operations in Ellatzite-Med AD, and M.Eng. Sofia Torolova - Regional Governor of Sofia Region. They performed the ceremonial ribbon-cutting to celebrate this momentous occasion.
