Geostroy AD is the investor and contractor of the project located in Lagera Quarter, Krasno Selo City District, Sofia. 

The building consists of a residential area with 27 apartments and 4 maisonettes, an office section, a cafe and a two-level underground car park providing 44 parking spaces.

The building structure is made of reinforced concrete and Wienerberger ceramic bricks are used for the masonry. The construction works are executed in full conformity with the latest energy efficiency requirements. The thermal insulation (8 cm thick) is made by applying the Baumit system. The aluminum windows and suspended facades in the office section as well as the PVC windows in the residential area are of excellent quality and with high-grade thermal insulation.
