The project is located in Serdika Residential District, Vazrazhdane Region. It comprises the construction of a multi-family residential building with a total floorage area of
37 062.3 m2 and a multi-level underground area of
14 312.18 m2.

Geostroy AD executes the project, which includes the construction of two underground levels for parking spaces and technical premises, as well as three of the five residential entrances.

The design model of the structure represents monolithic reinforced concrete framework. The construction is skeletal, the slabs are beamless. The excavation pit is strengthened by digging pilot holes with 600 mm diameter.

The residential building has 15 floors with 404 apartments and studios. On the first floor, there will be retail shops, a café-restaurant and a children’s centre. The underground area will accommodate 431 parking spaces.
