Renovation and Extension of Elderly Care Home in Etropole
Geostroy completed an important project aimed at improving elderly care in the town of Etropole – Renovation and Extension of the Elderly Care Home. The project includes a general overhaul of the existing building and the construction of a new wing, both equipped with high energy-efficiency systems, modern furnishings and amenities, as well as attractive landscaping of the surrounding area.
The implementation of the project helps create a modern, comfortable and welcoming environment for the care home’s residents. The building is fully upgraded to meet all requirements for accessibility and energy efficiency.
The project is financed under Procedure BG-RRP-11.010 “Execution of construction works and supply of equipment and furnishings for the reformation of existing homes for the elderly”, as part of the Bulgarian National Recovery and Resilience Plan, in accordance with Financing Contract No. BG-RRP-11.010-0038-C01/22.07.2024. The project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2025.
